The App is operated by the team responsible for Jetts Crew scheduling and crew coordination ("we," "us," or "our"). For questions about this policy, use the contact method provided in the App or on our official support channels.

When you sign in or create an account, we may collect:

  • Phone number (if you choose to provide it)

Availability and crew-related data

To show Jetts Crew availability and support crew operations, we may collect and store:

  • Availability windows, shifts, or status you set in the App
  • Roles or labels that indicate crew membership or permissions
  • Messages or notes you submit through in-app features, if offered
  • Timestamps and activity needed to keep schedules accurate

Device and technical data

We may automatically collect limited technical information, such as device type, operating system version, app version, and diagnostic logs, to keep the App secure and reliable.

We use the information above to:

  • Display crew availability to authorized users
  • Authenticate you and maintain your account
  • Operate Crew Services for members of Jetts Crew
  • Send important notices about the App (such as security or policy updates)
  • Improve performance, fix bugs, and prevent abuse or fraud
  • Comply with legal obligations when required

4. Firebase and service providers

We use Google Firebase and related Google Cloud services to host backend infrastructure, authenticate users, store data, and deliver real-time updates. When you use the App, certain information is processed and stored on Firebase (for example, account data, availability records, and app configuration).

Google processes data on our behalf according to Google's terms and privacy documentation applicable to Firebase. We configure Firebase to support the App's features; Google may process data in accordance with its own policies for cloud services. We may use other subprocessors (for example, analytics or crash reporting) only as needed to operate the App. We do not sell your personal information.


5. Sharing of information

We may share information only as follows:

  • Within the App: Availability and crew-related information may be visible to other authorized users according to how the App is designed (for example, showing when crew is available).
  • With service providers: Such as Firebase/Google Cloud, under agreements that require appropriate protection of your data.
  • For legal reasons: If we believe disclosure is required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or security of users or the public.
  • With your consent: When you direct us to share information or agree to additional uses.

6. Data retention and deletion

We retain personal and crew-related data only as long as needed to provide the App, meet legal requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may be able to update or delete certain information in the App; you may also contact us to request deletion of your account data where applicable law allows.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures—including those available through Firebase and secure authentication—to help protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.


8. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of your personal information, or to object to certain uses. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details provided in the App. We will respond in line with applicable law.


9. Children

The App is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected data from a child, please contact us so we can delete it.


10. International users

If you access the App from outside the country where our servers or Firebase regions are located, your information may be transferred to and processed in other countries, including the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version in the App or at this URL and revise the effective date above. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy, unless applicable law requires your separate consent.
